Chapter 6 was mainly just reading and understanding different ways of managing information. The first part was on web sites and how businesses set up web sites. How an on-line form can be used. IT shown us about memos, which are less formal, and how people may use them. Then how an agenda document can inform people on topics in a meeting. Why business may use excel to produce spreadsheets for example budgets sales customer records. It finally shown us about invoices and delivery notes and what type of information should be included in them.
